Karibou is a highly trained actor with numerous skills that make him a valuable addition to any production. He has worked with some of the top movie dog trainers in Canada. He is proficient in obedience training, agility, ski jouring and can perform dozens of tricks and stunts. He was known as the 'One take wonder' on the set of Cold Road. He is one flight away from Calgary or Vancouver and loves to travel and see new places. He is certified as an Animal Actor and Trick dog.
Life in the Yukon
Karibou was rescued from the Humane Society Yukon Shelter in Whitehorse, over 4 years ago into a loving family who takes him on backcountry hikes, skis and canoe trips through the Yukon mountains. He loves road tripping arond Western Canada and won his first Yukon Agility title in August of 2023 in the jumping category. He loves agility, naps by the woodstove, catching frisbees, and playing outside with his baby brother. He has touched many lives and has a special star quality wherever he goes.
